Our Life Groups are just that... a gathering of a small group of people in your area who are on the same journey as you. Living the Christian life, loving God and knowing that we need one another to do life well. We pray, read the Word of God and build the Kingdom together. And you are so welcome.

Encounter
Encounter
Encounter is the central point of our discipleship at Shirelive. Every few months we put aside a Saturday when our folks can be ministered and learn more about what it means to be a Christian. We teach from the Bible about how Jesus wants us to live and love. Encounters are held every quarter for Men, Women and for young men and women, to allow age-appropriate teaching.

Post-Encounter
Post Encounter is an 8 week course (1 hour lessons) which follows directly on from Encounter. During this time, we look at the freedom that an Encounter with Jesus Christ brings, and how to continue growing in our character so as to reflect that freedom (Romans 12:1). Subjects such as prayer, Bible knowledge and reading, self esteem and relationships are covered.
Water Baptism
Water baptism is a regular event at Shirelive! Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 "Go, therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit". School of Leaders
School of Leaders is a 3 semester course that follows on from our Post Encounter lessons. During these lessons you will learn what the Bible says about key subjects such as Marriage and Family, Relationships and Church Leadership.
